On May 19th, six of us gathered quietly in my living room and sat in a circle as we do from 7:30- 9pm on the 3rd Thursday of each month. As usual, we started out by writing down healing intentions for ourselves and others, and placed them on a Crystal Healing Grid in the center of the circle. We then did the CHI Wholeness Exercise, then created a circle of healing energy, inhaling universal energy and exhaling to the sound of Om. (This can be addictive!!!) This creates the sacred space in which we sing simple but beautiful harmonies for an hour and a half to empower our healing intentions – first for ourselves, then for the collectives we are part of – our families, our communities, our countries of birth and/or residence, Earth and Universe.
This time, right before the others arrived, I did something a little different: I placed a pitcher of distilled water in the center of the room. We all tasted some water before we started, then tasted it again after we had finished singing. We all agreed that it tasted different. Was it our imagination or was this transformation real? The next day, I gave the taste test to someone who knew nothing about what we had done the previous evening, and she too confirmed that the “harmonized” water tasted “richer and sweeter.”
You too can try this at home. Keep the water in a glass container in a room where you play beautiful music, and the water will absorb the sound energy. I suggest classical music, sacred chants, any music that makes you feel good – definitely NOT heavy metal . (I have nothing against heavy metal sounds, but admittedly, don’t like it all that much. And in the Emoto water experiments, the water crystals looked truly horrible when exposed to the sounds of heavy metal.) Taste the difference before and after.
On a regular basis, I set the water in glass container out to absorb the sun, and so when I drink this water, it's like I'm drinking in the sun. My "sun water" also tastes different to the no-sun water. I wish I had the equipment to see the crystals that form from this water. I'll bet they are beautiful.
Make your cells happy: Listen to and sing beautiful harmonies. Sing beautiful songs. Send yourself and others good vibes of wellness, joy, peace, love and gratitude. Each of us, like our watery planet, is made of mostly water. So whatever affects water, affects the water within and around us. The Emoto Experiments carry a message from water - that like ourselves, our consciousness, our thoughts and our words are vibration, that affects us and everything around us.
