I HAD to share this video about the benefits of sunlight on the skin to create Nitric Oxide (NO) - that lowers blood pressure. If your blood pressure is higher than you would like it to be, please do watch this I am planning to walk for 30 minutes each day soaking in the Equatorial sun, and observe what this does to my blood pressure.
Jacob Liberman is his book Light: The Medicine of the Future confirms what Richard Weller talks about. He writes,
